Security Clearance Counseling, Advice and Representation
Since the events of September 11, 2001, the federal government has steadily increased the number and types of positions requiring security clearances. JORDAN GUYDON counsels, advises and represents federal employees, government contractors and military personnel through all phases of the security clearance process, including questions concerning the application process and the SF-86, denials, revocations, suspensions and administrative adjudications.
In today’s climate, loss of a security clearance can (and often does) lead to the loss of a job, loss of reputation and potential serious stunting impediment to one’s career. JORDAN GUYDON attorneys provide candid, accurate and professional counseling and representation to assist contractors, employees and military personnel through this process.
