Litigation Practice

Our Litigation Practice Group is responsible for all client matters which are handled at the trial and appellate court levels and before administrative agencies. The Litigation Practice Group has the resources to staff the most complex litigation matters, and gives constant attention to providing cost-effective and efficient legal services, regardless of the size of the matter. The group’s attorneys have extensive litigation experience before judges and juries on both the state and federal jurisdictions. With a focus on civil litigation, trials and appellate work, Jordan Guydon’s Litigation Practice Group has tried and arbitrated more than 1090 cases throughout the United States involving government contracts, business disputes, shareholder, partnership and derivative actions, trade secret, al property theft, employment-related issues, real estate litigation and construction litigation.
