Jordan Guydon represents government contractors in bid protests at the Federal and State level—challenging and defending agency award decisions, as well as solicitation terms in pre award protests. We have substantial experience representing clients in protests before the General Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, in agency level protests, and in actions challenging or defending contract award decisions in State and Municipal procurement actions. Jordan Guydon also has significant experience representing small businesses in size protests and small business eligibility before the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Our experience includes representation of large and small businesses across a broad range of industries, including technology companies, construction companies, healthcare companies, security companies, defense contractors and service companies.
