Jordan Guydon’s small business development practice includes: counseling and representing small, minority, and women owned companies (including Black Enterprise 100 and Inc. 500 companies), as well as veteran business owners in Federal, State, Municipal and private industry small business programs (including the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program, the SBA Small Disadvantaged Business Program, the HUBZone Program, the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Program, the Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, and the National Minority Supplier Development Council), regarding government contracts, set-asides, certification eligibility, application, and administration, teaming agreements, mentor-protégé agreements, subcontract agreements, and other strategic relationships.
